Ron Paul on JIM CRAMER

Lunchbox here. Been a long time reader/lurker but after watching this interview, finally felt like joining in.

This was a great, great interview, despite the absence of any real powerful takeaway lines. It was positive, energetic, and really showcased the fact that Ron Paul has a commanding knowledge (especially compared to other candidates) with respect to monetary policy and a genuine interest in it. The more he (and we) can take every opportunity, even dealing with Cramer's warts, to highlight the importance of this to everyone, the better.

The idea that a "smart man" cannot be POTUS is going to be destroyed if more people see interviews like this. A candidate like Ron who has a lot more than statistics, numbers, and talking points will appeal to viewers of Mad Money. It was a convenient opportunity, a softball, and a real great start to the weekend.

Longwinded, I know. Anyway, glad to be here with you fine people. Go Ron Paul!

Lunchbox, glad to have you. I missed the show but i'm so happy Ron Paul is getting exposure like this!

Any body who understands economics is pro RP and has been for a long time. CNBC was the first channel to jump onboard and they did it a while ago and they did it for the right reasons.

Not exactly, there is a guy I fight with all the time on the rx7club.com forum that has a ph.d in economics that thinks he is dead wrong. He also says the economy is stronger now then ever etc.. etc.. etc.. he lives in washington d.c. so who knows what he is really all about.

That went much better than I thought it would, by about 2 light-years. Let's hope 12/16 does as well.

...I am not expert on this issue but it seems they both dislike the Fed but for opposite reasons.

Would wall street folks exist like they do without a Fed inflating the money and playing with the rates?

Yep. It was embarrassing to watch Cramer suck up to Ron like that. He clearly knew that Ron was going to own him if he tried to debate Ron Paul on hard money. So instead he tried to paint himself like he is somehow and old arch enemy of the Fed. Ridiculous. Cramer is a Fed worshiper who has always advocated increasing the money supply for the sake of Wall Street.

But let's give him the benefit of the doubt and believe that he just recently watched a few videos of Ron Paul in preparation for this interview and, having seen the errors of his past, is now a new convert.

Anyways, fantastic appearance for Ron Paul!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Awesome. Just awesome. My FIL has been on the fence for a while, but he worships Cramer... Has the bobblehead on his desk and everything. This will definitely send him over the edge!

It simply doesn't get much better than that interview. The only way it could have been better is if Cramer started crying and said... "You must vote for this man. He is our only hope."

Great stuff.
