Peatreus knows the correct answer; and so does his attorney-like 'advisor'.
They - and their masters - don't want to follow the rule of law, though.
Which brings up and interesting question:
The U.S. Constitution is the foundation of our judicial system.
Why, however, do person's whom egregiously violate it's rules not get sentenced to jail or prison?
I mean, Hell, if I get a simple traffic ticket and I don't pay it; I go to fucking jail.
But these jackasses who start illegal wars which result in the loss of hundreds of thousands of lives; they don't even get so much as a slap on the wrist.
Seems rather odd, doesn't it?
