Ron Paul now has a clear path to victory

RP can win by capturing the pro-life vote

1) The GOP nomination looks like it will come down to John McCain, Mitt Romney, and Ron Paul.

[Fred Thompson & Duncan Hunter are out, and Rudy Giuliani & Mike Huckabee are broke, Giuliani, must win Florida or he's out, and Huckabee staffers are leaving his campaign because they are not being paid.]

2) Jane Doe of 'Roe vs Wade' just endorsed Ron Paul today.

3) McCain is not a conservative and scores very weak with pro-choice voters.

4) Romney is a phony. He was pro-choice a few years ago, now he is pro-life. There are videos available on the Internet where Romney insists he is pro-choice.

5) Huckabee's rise in the polls two months ago happened because pro-choice voters discovered he was pro-life. At the same time, Giuliani plummeted because pro-life voters found out he was pro-choice.

With $2 million dollars form the MLK money-bomb poised to help the Ron Paul campaign [and potential billionaire poised to help the Ron Paul grassroots], the message that Ron Paul is the only real pro-life candidate can be delivered.

Ron Paul can surge 10% in the polls if the word gets out.

[for the record, I am pro-choice.]

At least Dr. Paul won't try to shove his ideals down our throats. That will be the states' job :)

my thoughts exactly.

i hope huck drops out before giuliani. we'll get more of his votes and rudy will keep votes from romney and mccain.

does anyone know if either of these guys can accept matching funds?
if so, when are they allocated?

yeah more power to the states!!! u know so they can more easily be watched and controlled by the people they govern.

What a difference a week makes, is all I can say. :)

I can't wait until RP is in a debate with just McCain and Mitt, to see if the moderator will ignore him, ask BS questions, etc.

Watch out for corrupt voting machines in Fla. (for the Ghoul). You heard it here first. Remember, he was the favorite son of the Establishment.

His poll numbers are so low that any funny business would be obvious.

But then again look at the Democrats in New Hampshire....

Corruption Everywhere

How ironic that Obama's campaign is looking into Hillary corruption in NH. The establishment is for Hillary too. Both Hillary and the Ghoul are totally sold out to the powers. What is amazing is that when the media was stumped by the results (their polls did not match up to the election results) they blamed it not on election fraud (they wouldn't dare mention that), but the race factor which they had not counted on.

Pro Choice here but I honestly don't want Ron Paul to overturn Roe V Wade.

Pro-life is a fine belief but I don't want "beliefs" part of my law. I believe in the ideals of Pro-Life and also believe that life starts at Conception, however I *know* that life is more difficult than beliefs and is not alwasy black and white.

So I guess by that description I would say I'm pro-life at heart but pro-choice in reality. My theory on abortion, if you don't like it, don't get one.

On a lighter note, I've heard parents say they wish abortions were allowable up to the child's 18th birthday! :P

Abortion will never be illegal again because it makes too much money. The advances in things like the morning after pill are really going to be what takes the abortion procedure out of the picture.

which is exactly why it needs to be readily available.

As long as the campaign can attract the pro-life vote without alienating his pro-choice supporters, which make up a large percentage of his base, then I think he should go for it. What alienates pro-choice supporters? Preaching and getting on a moral high-horse. I am a pro-choice, like a lot of Ron Paul supporters, and we realize that Dr. Paul is pro-life, and that is OK because he approaches the issues from a rational, philosophical, constitutional position, not an emotional or religious one. There is nothing more disgusting to a pro-choicer than hearing some self-righteous moral crusader preach about the "sanctity of life" or call abortionists murderers.

I hope that Ron Paul can attract the pro-life vote by explaining to them that he intends to leave the authority to the states and limit the ability of courts to over-rule state decisions, without having to pander to their emotional or religious prejudices. Because if Ron Paul starts sounding like Mike Huckabee on the abortion issue its going to send moderates, liberals, libertarians and women running for the hills!

I have been saying this as well. It just seems too blatant in my eyes that they moved the Florida primaries forward just for him. JUST FOR HIM. The democrat party stripped Florida of its delegates and they DIDNT CARE. That is how much pull Rudy apparently has there. His entire strategy relies on Florida. I think he expected to be doing better than 6th place in the pre-Florida states, but I still don't think he really cares since Florida is going to be rigged in his favor.

Perhaps not federally, but I think South Carolina at least, still has the statutes on the books, that if that power was returned to the states, would automatically make it illegal here.

I would really hate to see this turn into yet another pro-choice/pro-life debate. It would only lead to more division and more DISTRACTIONS. Something we need a lot less of. I'm pro choice. And I support Ron Paul. Because i pay attention to what's going on. But sad to say. The majority of the public doesn't. If this turns into another "Abortion" debate, then Ron Paul's message would never get through. It would only lead to even more bad press for Ron Paul.

We should focus more on the message of liberty and freedom. Like the Docter said. "The message of liberty unites the people. It doesn't divide them."

If we lived in a perfect America, everyone would vote for the candidate they thought would be the best choice for the nation. But sadly so many people don't use their brains when voting.

He was the favorite son of the establishment....now it's mccain.....

He's keeping afloat from matching federal dollars and the establishment media machine.....he's the real threat now....

Especially with so many brain-dead antiwar people voting for him despite his 100 years in Iraq comment.

How could the majority anti war vote for McLame over RP in NH....must be they can only remeber his get out of Kosovo stuff and haven't been too informed how he speaks of as late.
