I have a 9 year old daughter and this made me cry..We need some more videos and we need to get more of these good ones out there..The campaign could sure use better video too..Love Ron but man the official campaign has had some really lame videos.

You could press Like on the top left of this page if you want to share RPF at the same time. It's underneath the thread title.

It will share this thread and the video with your facebook friends.

Oh sure he can bring soldiers back home, on their own two legs, so they can see their loved ones with their own two eyes and pick them up in the air with their own two hands and live happily together in peace....

but I can't vote for him, he believes in God, that's like, sooo lame....

seriously
fuck ppl who think like that....

Man, that first girls reaction is priceless...

werd

Seriously, how can some one look at this and hear what RP says and vote for anyone else? This is no longer a political question, this is who you are at your innermost moral core question.

It's now in the top 100 top-rated news & politics vids of the entire week!!! Keep it up, folks! It's catchin' on, I'm tellin' ya!

But, but Herman Cain has a 9 9 9 plan and will Not bring the troops home he will keep fighting till the last Terrorist is taken out from the

He makes girls cry. What's next, he lets puppies die in a burning building?

Saw that SNL skit. :p

Anyway, extremely touching video. Glad it's already going viral. I thumbs upped and fav'ed.

Also, the title is excellent when it comes to attracting attention from both Paul supporters and detractors.

7500 views already and 3 copies made that are getting viewed... very effective video for our PEACE PRESIDENT RON PAUL!!

Sorry to keep bumping this, but I just want to make sure everyone here gets to see it, especially since it's on the verge of going mega viral. Last bump for the night on my part...promise!

I'm a soldier in the Army National Guard, it is very hard to watch these videos because that could very well be me in the next year or 2... keeping my fingers crossed, and my hopes up that I will not have to go though.

After posting this tear-jerker on facebook, a response I got from a friend was: "Your faithful endorsement of Dr. Ron Paul is starting to pay dividends as far as my openmindedness on the political front."

Persistence pays off!

I'm getting similar feedback myself Bruno. I think this video really strikes a chord with people that have looked at RP in a isolationist type of way. It seems to break down walls. Also, our biggest voter demographic problem is women, which it play well with. Fwiw, I say bump the hell out of this one!!!

Okay, seems like everyone is getting teary eyed over an extremely sappy video.

Maybe I'm just a cynical old bastard, but I don't get it.

First off, the video title is clearly manipulative/misleading- Ron Paul had nothing to do with making those kids cry.

You show a bunch of kids happy that Daddy is home on leave or from a tour of duty. Okay, fine. I'm sure that is the case in any war, or even if Daddy comes home from an unaccompanied tour (that means his family isn't stationed with him) even in peace time.

Yes, kids are happy when their soldier parents return home (even in peacetime). Yes, Ron Paul is against the war.

So what's the thrust here, that we should end the wars just so little kids can see their daddy sooner?

Is that really going to change the minds of those Republicans who currently support the war? Like they are suddenly going to say "I didn't realize that soldiers were being separated from their families because of this war that I've supported for 9 years, now that I realize it, we should bring the troops home immediately!"

This reminds me of a "do it for the children" type of appeal- you know, the sappy crap that is constantly being used to manipulate people into supporting some idiotic government program or another.

Fight fire with fire I say.

Sappy?

War tears families apart. These wars are not legal nor justified at this point. End them.
