Ron Paul Maine Town Hall Live Stream-(PACKED!)

Ugh, why no Q & A? The speech was great, but a Q&A is important for undecideds. The photo-ops are kind of a waste of time in comparison.

Hope there is a Q & A session so the audience can ask questions!

Oh no! Its the totally waste-of-time baseball card memorabilia autograph b.s. instead! I'm cringing. Why not spend an hour going into detail about what "bring the troops home" means? or what "stopping the looting of the s.s. trust fund means? for all those with honest questions? please?

That was a good speech. I liked the line: we are the humanitarians, I would rather be poor and free but that isn't even the choice because free societies are more prosperous.

these livestreams are just so awesome. Takes you right into a local town hall meeting in Maine, unfiltered, just like being there. What a great time to be alive. The internet rocks!

pretty cool to see everyone sort of talking to each other after the speech - his message definitely brings people together :)

(I wonder what's secures more votes, Q&A or a photo with Ron? The cynic in me says photo with Ron by a mile. lol)

I think this is better. Let dr. paul give em 40 minutes of free form truth. then meet and greet.

No people want details--especially from somebody posing as different from anything they've ever been offered before. Otherwise, he looks like a chickenshit like the rest who's afraid to be pressed for specifics.

He gets emails for gotv when people go up for the picture. They send the picture to the email, then they have the email address for organization etc....

But he had Q & A in a couple of them today, from what I saw.

Unfortunately, Ron doesn't really have time for the full 'get to know me' slow pace he had in Iowa and NH. He's going for the enthusiasm, to gear people up for the caucus, I think, in this particular appearance.

i disagree. the Q&A stuff is so time consuming, I think an hour on lesson works better. if people have an in-depth question the information is alreay available if they really care. this gets rid of the setup-prone and time-consuming Q&A. I think the people that take a photo with him and shake his hand are more likely to show up to caucus for him than if they didn't get that opportunity.

He did have Q & A at least at one college, I read about it. He doesn't duck questions.

Hm, well that is kind of reassuring, anyway.

People could've stayed there for two hours plus listening and learning at the feet of the master. America is hungry to learn what's it's supposed to be about.
