Ron Paul Live Interview on FOX - Now

surprisingly nothing was discussed about Guy Fawkes.

great sound bites though -
you flunked the course
no more money pal
Musharraf is a puppet

I was expecting them to bring up the whole "celebrating the anniversary of a terrorist act" angle...

Still talking about Paul to guest Senators. They're talking to a Democrat now - he said "Maybe cut off funding. We need to look at the money and how it's being used." Republican Sen. on after him.

Yes! First guy seems to be supporting Ron Paul. He says he hasn't come to that conclusion yet, but that he is likely spending the money on the wrong things.

YES! I bet they didn't plan for that.

Thank Yoooooou Robert Menendez!

Did you all see that? The host of the show quotes Dr. Ron's last remark, implying that maybe cutting off funding is a foolish strategy. And what does Menendez say? "Well, I haven't arrived at that conclusion just yet, but it's definitely a possibility" dead pan serious. I think that an affirmation was not what the host was expecting, and I love how now Ron Paul's strategy is the talking point for all the rest of these interviews.

Republican (Jim Demint, SC) said that "just voting doesn't mean it's a democracy. Make sure Pakistan is a democracy. We can't let the country fall into the hands of radicals. Don't cut off funds. We need them to be stable."

Shep owned him (gently) that "You said twice that we need to keep pressuring them. How are we doing that." He was like "Well....everyone all over the world is doing it." Shep said "Some people are talking, but no one is doing anything."

"What do you think about the U.S. supporting a military dictator that took over from a coup?" "We're real concerned. Continue to move towards democracy....blah blah blah"

Sounded like Shep was quoting Paul on that one.

I kinda like it when they get aggressive as long as they give him a chance to answer, because Ron Paul gets kind of tough and sassy with them and has a chance to really shine. As long as they give him a chance to answer, he hits homeruns.

I agree thats when he is at his best.

Of course DeMint would support a stable dictatorship over a "radical" free nation.

Youtube? Pretty please ...
