Ron Paul is now 1 of 4 remaining.

Really? He dropped out and is endorsing McCain??

I have a feeling that they'll let Guiliani debate, and he'll just say how much he loves and agrees with John McCain ("If I can't be President... I'll try to be Vice-President!!!-- after all, it worked out for Cheney"). What a lump.

Honestly, as the field begins to narrow, I pray the 'moderators' attempt to give Dr. Paul more time in the debates. However, has anyone been watching the Democratic debates? Has anyone noticed how much airtime Edwards gets...? I don't really know the answer to this question-- as I haven't watched them myself... but I'm just curious. I have a feeling I know the answer...

The media is a cruel mistress. It's a 'you live by the sword, you die by the sword' sort of thing. Did you see how they ripped Thompson apart after he dropped out? She likes to be right. She can't be seen as flawed-- unless it favors her. (New Hampshire and Clinton for instance)

I will enjoy watching them pick the bones off of Ghouliani's mangled carcass. Wait, do ghouls have bones?

Huxter will drop out next, even though he says he is in it till the end. Without the money, that doesnt seem likely, despite the free press.

McCain will get a slight $$$ boost from the Florida win. The win was not large enough to give him a huge boost. He has already borrowed like $3 million to fund his campaign, and has already accepted matching funds. He will probably ask for more matching funds, if he can get it. He may be the next to drop, depends on how he does on super tuesday.

Romney has alot of his own money, and can easily go the distance. He isnt bringing in alot in the way of donations. So it all comes down to, how much of his own money does he want to squander in order to win? He spent a shitload of money in Florida, and didnt win. So who knows, only time will tell.

Ron Paul could end up winning the nomination, by default. :) It will go all the way to the wire though. I can assure you, it will not be over, or even close after super tuesday.

I wonder if they will now exclude RP from all future debates to focus on the 'top 3', like done with democrats.

It all depends on how Ron does on Super Tuesday. Tomorrow night's debate is the last one before the elections next week so we're lucky Ron Paul is participating. If he wins some states next week and picks up delegates they will most likely keep him in future debates. But if Ron doesn't do well on Super Tuesday it will give them the excuse they need to exclude him from future debates.

The way to turn this around in a heartbeat is to wake up the Christian vote.

The Christians need to see that if they really want to vote for a Christian conservative President, Ron Paul is their only choice.

How they could miss this is beyond me, but somebody has convinced them Jesus is a warmonger.

If they would just open their New Testament and read....

Matthew 5:9
Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called sons of God.

Dont think "Jesus" brought peace either

Matthew 10:34
"Do not think that I came to bring peace on the earth; I did not come to bring peace, but a sword."

He's not talking about a literal sword, but the word of God.

That is a complicated idea which cannot be taken out of context.

I doubt they would appreciate us discussing it here.

He's talking about his brothers being set apart, even from their own families.

Ephesians 1:2
Grace be to you, and peace, from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ.

There is nothing positive about that whole paragraph
mathew 10:34-39
"Do not think that I came to bring peace on the earth; I did not come to bring peace, but a sword. For I came to SET A MAN AGAINST HIS FATHER, AND A DAUGHTER AGAINST HER MOTHER, AND A DAUGHTER-IN-LAW AGAINST HER MOTHER-IN-LAW;and A MAN'S ENEMIES WILL BE THE MEMBERS OF HIS HOUSEHOLD.He who loves father or mother more than Me is not worthy of Me; and he who loves son or daughter more than Me is not worthy of Me...He who has found his life will lose it, and he who has lost his life for My sake will find it."

no offence just pointing out what the "good" book says
