anyone know how its possible to post a video as long as this one? 18min? I noticed youtube has a limit normally of up to 10min although this one goes to 18 min.

I think if you edit your channel info and change your channel type to "Director", you can post much longer vids. In fact, I've seen some that last an hour or more.
