+1 Ventura is a neat guy, however, he's a TERRIBLE politician and lots of people don't like the guy. Ron needs to keep his distance from Jesse.

This article provides invaluable information for both the grassroots AND the campaign. I really hope these points are taken into serious account by all of us.

All ads, including ads exposing the flaws in other candidates should be used. Discounting quality ads using facts against other candidates is silly.
So called "attack ads" hit home in the GOP voting base since the media will not talk about it the campaign needs to address these issues and expose these candidates. This can be done in a tasteful way. Remember all support for the other candidates are based on lies and false assumptions.

I would agree no more attacking others. Clearly they need more people on the ground reaching out to MORE republicans.

I thought RP tried what the author is suggesting back in the `08 campaign. If I recall correctly everyone was saying more attack ads. lol. I think the campaign right now is doing just fine.

Wasn't it Dobson who initially endorsed Rand's opponent, then publicly switched to Rand after saying he was duped by the other guy's campaign?

we didn't say 'terrible ads' we said 'ads introducing himself to voters rather than [primarily] going after others'. He needs a new introduction.

Politically i still think attack ads are the best bet right now. Once the election starts getting closer the positive ads will come.
