Ron paul getting great coverage on cnn now!!!

he's mentioned ron paul twice today in his segments due to letters that mentioned him!

OK, Lou Dobbs just got dissed by Hillary.. I suppose tonight he is going after her.. hahah, cant wait..

what gives with the MSM today. i'm suspicious... they're all sweetening up on Dr. Paul.

I think more than whatever influence the financial and political elite have on them, their overriding motivation is the fear of being wrong. They're hedging their bets apparently.

Also, they all seem to be getting a big kick from talking up the candidate that their competitor Fox hates the most. Come to think of it, they're probably just doing their best to spite Fox.

Interviewed, mentioned twice on caffertys mail, and just mentioned on who will win.

oh yeah.

The fact that Edwards has crossed the line and supports troop withdrawal means exiting Iraq is recognized as an inevitability. Other candidates will also adopt troop withdrawal and the winner will be one of those who do.

Therefore Ron Paul is the man to back against the Dems. Ron will lose some crossover and gain considerable GOP support. Their effort to sustain occupation of Iraq has failed.

They are suddenly giving fair and more coverage to Ron Paul. What exactly does this mean?

This is especially curious given the incredibly civil interview given by Hannity today. I am seriously miffed by the coverage RP has gotten today...in a good way.

I worked at the Lou Harris Poll in the early '90's, and what I think has happened is the networks may have gotten immistakable polling evidence that Paul will place high tomorrow. There are more 'private polls' going on than people realize, especially the very precise ones the candidates (and sometimes the media) commission without publicizing them. There may also be draft or advance leaks of survey results given to the networks before the survey company has double-checked the numbers.

It's been disclosed (for example) that Jimmy Carter knew from private polls released to him the final weekend before the election that he would lose to Reagan by a landslide. Based on this kind of thing, CNN et al know what's up, and are plowing the field to cover their tracks about their over-reliance on the earlier flawed polling. Either that or they are planning to bury Paul again, while saying to critics 'hey, we gave him lots of interview time pre-Iowa' to legitimize their actions. In the case of FOX, it may simply be they're already reversing themselves due to the impact of the boycotts.

CNN is Ron Paul's Best Friend. Fox News is starting to hate Huckabee because he is getting a lot of support and isn't even a true conservative. He gets elected he will start turning the republican base into more liberalness even more so than fox news thinks RP would do. They should be scared of Huckabee (he won't last he has no money).

this is just them covering their ass.

they can't let a story like this come out of nowhere.

I'm not upset to hear other people saying what we are, but a little worried...

These things are all about expectations. The best way to limit the excitement tomorrow is to raise expectations today.
