I have to wonder if this is something new, or if the tailor isn't very good. I mean, during the debates one of the biggest complaints we heard was about his ill fitting suits.

ETA - Harold's closed in 2011, in case anybody was thinking about stalking Ron Paul. http://www.yelp.com/biz/harolds-houston

Does he get his eyebrows tailored too?

(Sorry, couldn't resist, you folks cracked me up with his appearance at the debates while I was more worried about what he would say)

In 2012 he would lean against the podium during the debates or when he was speaking, it would loosen his suit a bit. They were all tailored as far as I know.

The campaign bought some tailored suits for him for the '12 election. They didn't appear like they fit around the neck because he slumps.

Most likely crappy "made to measure", at best. For somebody as skinny as Ron, he really needs to go bespoke - which involves a pattern drawn specifically for your body, etc. - but you're looking at $3-5,000 a suit. But they will work around your posture, and build, etc.

That ought not to have been a consideration.
The world has known this since the very first televised presidential debate ever, for fuck's sake!
If it had cost $10,000 for every single debate to make him look good, it should have been spent.

I would have gladly donated $50 per televised debate to clean him up. Could we really have not found 199 other people to do likewise?

It all points directly back that scum sucking Benton and his massive buffoonery....
