I realize the campaign is turning out stuff with the maximum profit to volume ratio and that is fine, but I want some RP gear, like a hat, or a hoodie, or a beanie or something that is good quality stuff. NO truckers hats or plastic tabbed caps and such.

Who makes the best quality RP stuff? Should I just steal someones graphics and have my own made?

It can vary easily. Should you steal? It may not be considered stealing if you made one for yourself, but it's unethical if you profit without a person's consent.

I suppose 'borrow' would be a better term. Im far too lazy to have my own RP stuff made, actually, even with borrowed graphics. I guess Ill just have to wait till he gets the nomination and someone turns out good quality stuff with the logos on it.

if someone would turn out a good quality black flexfit or fitted cap, Id be all over it, and buy them for christmas presents.

I might do that.

You think my design would do?

From what i understand the campaign only makes a profit on the t-shirts.
Supposably the guy that is making all the official campaign materials is raking in the cash like crazy, from what I hear he's also getting paid a salary. That would mean he's double dipping...

I can't believe the campaign is letting a person get away with that.

Whoa, that's serious. I was thinking of placing a large order even though they are priced higher than buying elsewhere, but if the additional markup isn't going to the campaign, that would be foolish.

Where did you hear this information?

From what I figure. even if it WAS going to the campaign, it's too much.

But let's make sure we spend our money where it goes.

cafepress has some cool shit

I hate cafepress, it rips off the customer too much, I think between cafepress and the campaign (whereever the money goes) I'd still buy from the campaign.

but thats why i made my own t-shirts, only $12 shipping included, a good $5-10 saved for most people.

That was confirmed to me by Arlington staff.

I've been in touch with a couple of state coordinators in the past day who advised me that the yard sign situation is so FUBARed that they have no idea when they will get yard signs. This is distressing when folks need to get yard signs out now.

FWIW, we ship yard signs next day. Our signs have artwork with greater impact, are 50% larger with wider wire stands, and the cost is appreciably less. No one makes Ron Paul yard signs available for less than we do.
