Ron Paul: Friend Or Foe?

He's absolutely a foe.

He'll end the inflation paradigm and say good bye to bubbles and bullshit. Stocks will merely be for people interested in being involved in companies.

When your money doesn't inflate it will appreciate naturally and playing poker on the stock market is no longer necessary.

Very true, an ever increasing stock market is an inflation indicator. With sound money you would see a relatively stable, flat market, with investors purchasing shares for the dividend and not on wild speculation. Of course there will still be speculators (which is a good thing) but not the orgy of speculation we have today.

Too much speculation and "advice" leads to too much irresponsible practice - great depression style.

Free markets, capitalism, he is no foe to Wall Street and the allocation of capital and resources. It is what his policies are all about and our markets used to be.

That reminded me of that Adam Ant lyric from his song (you guessed it...) Friend or Foe:

I want those who get to know me
To become admirers or my enemies.
