We need more women like that.

Great looks=least important attribute, but there is a nice shot on her Twitter page:

I started reading the forums back in 2008 and would lurk on here all the time. I was overwhelmed because I didn't really understand monetary policy. I think I was intimidated and just beginning to learn. Plus, I'm not one to get in facebook, twitter, or online forum arguments. Often times when I disagreed or needed clarity on some of the stuff that was posted on here I would go to my brother (michael fields) who is much more informed than me and he explained it.

I read ronpaulforums and reddit regularly, but never post. Instead I annoy my brother to death with questions and he then gives me book or article recommendations.

I watched the whole interview and found it very interesting and worthwhile.

One statement you made has me wondering, and that concerns what people want from their news. My own view concerning bias is that I'd rather just have facts without the bias. I'm glad when I see news articles that are favorable towards Ron Paul BECAUSE there are so many stories that try to put him in a negative light. I'd prefer that news was just news, but if news is generally biased, then it is good that there are sources with opposing bias. Editorialism is preferably a separate category, imo.

Regarding the interviews about donating to the treasury, no editorializing was needed because the question and answers provided information for viewers to draw their own conclusions. The question was a very good one because the answers yielded a lot of information that had previously not been publicized.

Thanks for your work!

Thanks for replying, Michelle, +rep to ya for putting yourself out there on the front lines for Dr. Paul and Ron Paul Forums! Great to know good folks like you are reading and learning -- we're all in this together doing our part. Makes the time all the rest of us spend writing here that much more worthwhile. May the message continue to spread.

I wonder if the police that knocked the OP down at OWS knew that she was a journalist? (the fact that there was someone nearby w/ a videocamera wouldn't necessarily have registered with them, I wouldn't think.

I wonder if their behavior with her would have been different if she had been an immediately recognizable figure, such as Chris Wallace? Did she have a "media badge" that they would have seen?

Awesome interview!

Thanks for the RP and RPF shout outs. I appreciate it.

You know we will hold you accountable with this video whenever you get to the top. Stay pure! ;)

You're a breath of fresh air in the tired stale media landscape Michelle. You gave a great interview on C-SPAN, keep up the good work!

These are my favorite videos to use as a primer for introducing people to monetary policy.

As much as the resident An-Caps/Voluntaryists spark rioting and lively debate, I feel secure in saying...if all else fails, we'll be here to annoy the living hell out of you with our principles.

So, from a resident Voluntaryist -- Michelle, if you fuck up once, I'll be here to kick you in the knee. :p

The interviewer sure sounded like a condescending dick didn't he after she said she'd like to see a President Paul. "It doesn't bother you he hasn't run anything more than a medical practice?"

Can definitely tell where he stands. Another douche on the crony meal-ticket perhaps?

I like Brian Lamb!

Great job, Michelle!

Interesting how people want to pay their fair share but need to have a law passed to force them to do so.
