Ron Paul excluded from BBC article

I just submitted the following, using their feedback form:

Dear Sirs,
In your story on fourth quarter presidential fundraising, your author apparently forgot to include Republican Ron Paul, who raised $20 million in the fourth quarter, more than any other Republican in the race.

While there may be reasons to focus on the front runners in certain stories, failing to include the most successful Republican fundraiser in a story about fundraising is a gross inaccuracy. Please post a correction and update.

The URL for the original story is http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/americas/7222464.stm and there is a spot in the form to put the original story URL.

I wrote BBC a letter.

While I am uncertain who will receive these comments, please let Steve Schifferes, his managing editor, and the corrections office know that your Story on 4Q Fundraising for US Presidential candidates was incorrect.

From article:
\\\
"The one candidate who is not feeling the strain is Mitt Romney, the former governor of Massachusetts who is independently wealthy and financing his own campaign.

Mr Romney may be the only Republican candidate who can afford to buy advertising in major media markets ahead of Tuesday's poll.

The other two Republican candidates, John McCain and Mike Huckabee, both enjoyed early success in small states where money was not as key to victory."
\\\

First - Mitt Romney has hinted that even he cannot afford advertising moving ahead.

Second, there are Three other candidates. Ron Paul is conspicuously missing from this entire story.

Third - The graph accompanying the article also omits Paul's Numbers, which would clearly show that he has the most cash on hand, and led in private donations for the quarter.

That is a story in itself - where is it?

Please also, in the correction I expect you to release, explain why Paul was omitted - error, bad information from a source, personal discretion, or whatever it may have been.

Thank you.
