Ron Paul Endorsements from Elected Officials

Ron Paul has the endorsement of 5 of the 12 Republican party state central committee members in Iowa. You only listed three. James Mills is another and I don't know the fifth one.

The Iowa Republican Party website lists 21 State Central Committee Members. James Mills isn't on there.

Edit: I see that he recently won an election to replace an outgoing member. I'll add him to the list. Can you figure out who that 5th member is? Thanks!

Hmm... I thought that there were only 12 members. Iowa is will soon only have 4 districts instead of 5 due to the last census. According to that list, you need to add Drew Ivers.

Got it. Found all 5 of them...thanks.

Look into Nevada. Many elected party members support Dr. Paul. Don't know any names, sorry. I'll look in to it tonight.

DeMint ?

Any chance DeMint can be contacted and what are the chances he will endorse Paul ?

If anybody lives in Rep. Steve King's district(5) in Iowa please contact him. Persuade him to endorse Ron Paul. I'm sending emails and phone calls to all my elected officials. You should too.

Is there any chance Kucinich would endorse Paul? Would it be worth approaching him? Certainly he has more in common with Paul than he does with Obama...

I sent both Ohio Senators (Sherrod Brown & Rob Portman) and my Representative (Bob Latta) notes asking them to endorse Dr. Paul, hopefully there is someone from Dennis' district on the forum....

“Dr. Paul has been endorsed by more members of the Republican Party of Iowa’s State Central Committee than any other candidate seeking the presidency. Five of the 17 members of the RPI leadership have now endorsed Ron Paul. James Mills joins Drew Ivers, A.J. Spiker, David Fischer and Jeremiah Johnson in endorsing Ron Paul for President. Each of these party leaders represent more than 100,000 registered Republicans in their respective districts,” said Mr. Spiker.

I left a message for Mitch Daniels (I know he probably doesn't listen to him directly) but he was a GOP hopeful that people thought would do well...should I keep pursuing that or leave it?

I'm not going to try and discourage you. What state are you in? If it is an early state, I would place more emphasis on contacting state reps and senators for an endorsement, and get involved with the local GOP, ect.

Governor of Indiana, so not an early state, more of a medium state, but if he announces it publicly, it could be a ripple effect since like I said he was a GOP presidential thought this year and his numbers weren't too bad.

Where is Jim Demint on that list? I want his support. No matter what other issues he has differences on I watched that man fight valiantly to audit the Fed and if anyone should support Ron Pail it's him
