Just got my DVD in the mail today.
GREAT JOB!
Great stuff on the video. And the outside of it is excellent.
Someone asked about "Stop Dreaming" and etc. and no they aren't on there.

Wonderful! You're the first I've heard from who has received theirs. I'm happy you like it. I think they turned out pretty good.

I will put "Stop Dreaming" down as a possible add to the next revision of this disc, or to the next disc.

Thanks for the extra posts and exposure effort. Sound like RonPaulStuff.com would be a good outlet to get these into even MORE hands.

As an update... after spending the last few days burning, eating, sleeping, and mailing... I've got a little better grip on things now. I've put some additional quantity/price options on the site (PayPal "Buy Now" buttons), to more accurately reflect my costs, etc. Hopefully it will encourage everyone to order larger quantities, as it saves me much time and energy.

Let me know your thoughts on the pricing structure, if any. With USPS having so many darn IFs, ANDs, ORs, and BUTs, when it comes to shipping things, I've had quite the challenge to figure out what the costs might be. (Remember, I'm a programmer, not a businessman, or an accountant.

Direct Download : DVD ISO/UIF Images

I also wanted to mention that ISO and UIF images of the DVD have now been posted to www.RonPaulDVD.com under the Downloads section. I've had a few hurdles with browser compatibility on the .iso file download, so please just pay attention to the "Notes" I've left on the page.

Also (and I don't know if this is a big deal or not, as I've not been involved in the torrent-scene much), the ISO that you can download directly from the site, and the ISO that's currently being distributed via torrent, are slightly different in filesize (~6kb). The two ISO files were made using different applications, unfortunately. I was in a bind. So, with that in the open, hopefully it doesn't cause confusion or problems for anyone. (fingers crossed)

Forgive me, as I don't know much about torrents...

If you're planning on downloading the ISO file that's directly from the site, and then seeding IT out, instead of the ISO file currently being circulated via torrent... are my concerns (second paragraph) in this previous post (http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showpost.php?p=130627&postcount=34) at all valid? (as the two ISO files are 6KB, or so, different in size)

If not, all apologies, and have at it.

The best I have seen to date. Extremely well done on getting the clearest pictures from off youtube I have seen. My only suggestion is the order of the chapters. But first when I look at select. I see 19 chapters but when I skip one by one I get 20 chapters so my comments will be based on 20. I like #15 the short debate as a grabber then #17 an interview #18 taxes and how well Ron defends himself, #20 impressive huge company likes him and can be easily skipped if to long. Then the rest. When I copy these I will suggest that order when I print the DVD and also I'm going to put Ron's view on abortion being states rights to do what they want on it. I wish he had another short video on his stance there.

I think perhaps the difference in chapter count comes from the initial splash page (white, logo, url) when just hitting PLAY, instead of Selecting the first video. You'll notice what I mean, if you hit PLAY, and watch. When Selecting the first video (with the menu system), you won't see the initial white "splash" screen.

I tried to put the clips in chronological order, as best as possible... but they're not perfect. But, I agree... a rearragement might be more helpful, as the date isn't as important as the message. Good ideas!

Can anybody that knows Azureus help me on my up loads. When I Down loaded this yesterday I had up to 1mps to 50kbs and a constant upload of 40kps both are set unlimited and now I can't hardly upload more than 3kbs to one peer and I really want to seed this thing its so good. parameters are basically default. I have a green smiley face yet up load speed tests fail.

DVDs should be passed out to every house with a brochure is probably the best way to get the word out to most people. People I talk to when they tell me they don't have a computer all have DVD players.

The only thing I'd suggest is that you make it clear WHERE the DVD came from, so people don't have a hard time finding out about the content, menu system, ordering options, etc, before they spend time downloading it. Some may want to have the discs offered on the site, as they do look pretty decent, and come ready to hand out (sealed in sleeves and all).

Again, just a suggestion. I'm just pleased you're willing to do anything at all to spread the word.

Personally I would include this video to better prepare the masses for this message. Most people are pretty ignorant, or at least the ones that we should be targeting. This I think can set the stage for the real concerns that RP is standing against. Remember you have to present a real problem for anyone to whole heartly get behind him and support him. I think this is essential.

Again this is just a suggestion, I think you have a wonderful platform and the DVD is really good. I think its centered towards already RP Supporters though.

I've done quite a bit of sales and marketing in my life, I think this would have a much better success if you can set the stage and the reason this election is so important and why supporting Dr. Paul is so critical.

I would lose the first Maher interview also, it was almost a hit piece he later had him on the show but as the number 2 video and he position on absolutely irrelevant issues to today with the Civil war...?

Just my two cents, I would create the video series in come order that leads up to RP as the only answer for the problems that face this country.

I tend to agree, and not being an expert, the way I found Ron for president that really got me hooked was the CA debate, in chapter 15 on this DVD is the NH debate which I think is the best to this date at presenting a lot of Ron. I think the average American has been boughten up to this cradle to grave mentality and likes it, one has to build up to the Freedom message. That debate shows in action what Ron is all about and how he shows in real life what he states from chapter one in a quick way those principles. Again well done, better than what I could do.
