You maggots calling me a troll? I canvassed last weekend. Walked 7 miles doing it. Im the precinct captain where I live. I go to 3 different meetup groups in my area. What have you done?
The way I read the article, Ron Paul had people that were going to become delegates, but now that is lost, hence he lost his delegates. I didnt make the title misleading. This is how I read it. The title wasnt made to get people to post or read the thread.

How about you worry about your state and beating Rudy there and we will worry about ours. Nobody "won" or "lost" anything in Louisiana yet. Delegates were elected, but those delegate votes are not final until someone gets 51% in the primary on the 9th or if that doesn't happen at the state convention.

I agree that the title kinda gave me a heart attack too, but I'm a big girl and I could read and see where he was going. Wonder why everyone in the LA subforum didn't get attacked like he is (OK, some did) when they were flippin out over what was going on...

Sorry, OP, we went through all of the ups-and-downs yesterday on this and I think others are still touchey on this subject.

I am afraid that Caucuses work against Ron Paul. Too many people have the attitude of "Anyone but Ron Paul." They vote in the first round and if their candidate is eliminated they move to anyone but Ron Paul. We would be much better off with a normal election like Nevada or NH.
These slime ball tactics by other candidates and their supporters will come back to bite them because they have disenfranchised many Ron Paul supporters. I believe many of us will refuse to vote for the republican candidate now and a lot of that can be contributed to the sour taste other republicans have left in our mouth. I am bitter to the point where I will vote for the democratic candidate before I ever consider Rudy or Mccain. The republican base needs to get a wakeup call, and electing them again is not going to wake them up.
I would like to see how the already dwindling republican base does when 10% of their base won't vote for the republican candidate in the general election. These slime tactics will get them the bridesmaid, hope they like that title.

I apologize. I got very emotionally involved in the argument over Rudy's reading list and threw the trol label around a lot. I honestly believed that there were plants who were trying to undermine the Tea Party's success, and I was definitely out of line in most if not all of the cases.
What really annoyed me is that almost all of the people that were pushing RRL were people who had joined within the previous month or so, and from my perspective it really did seem like we had been invaded by a bunch of people who, in my incorrect opinion, were out to derail the effort.
I still say Bydlack made a bad call with that email and am still grateful that RRL never got big enough to take the momentum out of the Tea Party.

We went thru the ups-and-downs yesterday on the LA issues. I stayed up way past my bedtime waiting to hear something new about it.
I think others posting in this thread lost a little sleep too.

AH, ok. It was news to me this morning. I haven't been 100% up to date with everything since my boss has kept me at work 10-11 hours/day the past two weeks. (he must be a romney supporter
