I personally would like to join a dating service built for freedom loving people. If anyone decides to make this happen it would be a great idea to join our network and create a "Ron Paul Romance" chat room on talksuites.com I'm sure the visitors from our site would frequent it regularly, I myself being one of those "regulars!"

I can't help but think of George Castanza trying to combine sex with eating a pastrami sandwich.....

This is why I voted yes. I used to try and keep politics out of it but I went out just the other night with a beautiful woman, we had a good deal in common too...but then she started talking about Obama this and Obama that. I almost choked on my steak and I felt like I was in a seinfeld episode, with an internal dialogue running through my head: "how could she like that guy? she seems so intelligent and well informed about things. why would she support HIM? She is beautiful. but can I get over this obama thing?"
Then she started talking trash about Ron Paul and Paultards. That was the end and I could no longer hold my tongue! Needless to say there was no dessert and the meal ended in silence. I almost made her pay for her dinner! :D

That's about the same reason I voted yes. On the other hand, I would have tried to debate with her...if she was truly intelligent she would have been game for it, and of course lost on principle.

I recall seeing an ad for Libertymates.com in my copy of Republic magazine for libertarians...

I am really surprised that so few women support Dr. Paul. He is the only one who makes sense and I have learned so much from him.

It doesn't really surprise me, as I hardly know any women who even remotely lean Republican. Overall, most women I know really only go by emotion, and think that the government should take care of everyone and everything. Problem is they have this impossible vision of how they think things should be based on emotion and good intentions, but never really bother with learning the issues or facts behind them...

Just my personal experience, not bashing on women or anything. Personally I think it is because it has been instilled into their heads that Republicans are evil and Democrats are "for the people", and most of them don't look much past that due to general disinterest in politics.

anyone a sort of slightly older slender, gentleman who likes jazz, opera, ballet, great clothes, vegetarian food, post hole digging, housepainting, fine art, martial arts, horticulture, collector cars, suntanning, books, and all living animals?

I would say No, this is about Dr. Paul and his election. Not the love lives, of his supporters.

this is not fun. it's work, IMO is classless to sully Dr.Paul's momentum and co-opt his grassroots for your libidos

Liberty not Libidos!
i want some help digging postholes, and going to the opera, so do you mind?

Let's breed the world full of like-minded liberty lovin' kids.

I voted yes, but here's some proof that spreading the message out of our own camp helps. This was once an undecided voter girl who made this anniversary card. I think she wants us to have a 3-some with the good doctor. ;)

EDIT: Maybe we could call the site youmeandron.com :D

"You and Me and Ron" sounds like the next reality show.

Didn't Spitzer just lose his job because of a dating service?

Liberty Lovers? Nah. Liberty Libertines? Better.

Remember, Signzit, soldiers travel on more than their stomachs. Besides, communities hold together longer and stronger than mere coalitions. Let your hair down a little--or, at least, let us do it please.

Spitzer was using a prostitution service which is illegal in most parts.

A dating service means you buy the girl/guy a drink and dinner beforehand, and don't leave money on the nightstand, then that's legit ;)
