I just listened to the interview and now I'm shocked to read that as well. Maybe there was a mix-up and Rush thought Lewis was someone else, because this dude sounds hella knowledgeable and the antithesis of everything that a Neo-con like Rush stands for.

Lewis only converted to non interventionism about a year ago. That's why he was a sub for Rush. Prior to that he wasn't neocon but he wasn't humble foreign policy either.
