Which one (and years)?

Chico has declined a bit since it's heyday due to growth (and associated changes like crime), but it's still one of the greatest College towns in the US.

Why can't he do a rally in the Valley? There is a concentration of voters there.

I agree with that, maybe Sacramento, Fresno, Bakersfield areas? I remember there being lots of Ron Paul signs all over town in 2008 when I was going to UC Davis which is just 10 minutes outside of Sacramento. That campus alone had 30,000 students, similar to UCLA, and could reach a large audience whose student base has a large amount of people from conservative agricultural families.

It might be overkill but I think it would be cool if ron came back to chico but also hit redding, uc davis, etc
