Speaking at a libertarian-leaning conference, Ron Paul slammed the "bipartisan support" among congressional lawmakers for "rubber-stamping what President Obama wants" in the fight against the militant group.

More broadly, he suggested that Senate Republicans aren't that different from their Democratic counterparts.

Some people think "if the Republicans take over the Senate this year, that will hamstring the president and everything's going to be OK," he said at the Liberty Political Action Conference in Alexandra, Virginia. "That's a joke."

I really wish Ron would tell us SOMETHING substantive about Rand Paul. He could easily do it on LRC and its not like any of the neocons would ever actually read it. But, Ron really should tell us whether Rand actually believes what he's saying or if he's just saying it to get elected. Unless ROn doesn't know either.

Was ROn intending to include Rand in his comments? Was he intending to just make it look like he was? Does anyone actually know?

Ron will never compromise his own principles on ISIS, but he will never throw his son under the bus either...not by name at least.
However, comma, it's pretty easy to read between the lines. Ron isn't saying anything nice about Rand WRT ISIS...which means he's saying it all.

Ron Paul has already said on multiple occasions now that Rand is his own man and that they agree on most issues. I'm thinking this is going to be one of those things they don't see completely eye to eye on.

Regardless, Ron Paul on the money again but forgive me if I doubt that anyone is listening. They're going to plug their ears and march forward on this.
