Ron Paul 2012 Facebook Network!!!

Question...

I have set up a "group" for my local area Ron Paul supporters rather than a page. Since the other RP facebook connects are all pages, I am wondering if I should also set up a page. I like the group feature because you can actually see who is in the group, whereas on the pages you can't see the people who "like" the page without being an admin therefore it makes it harder to connect with those supporters. The group feature also allows documents and events to be made. So wondering what you guys thought.

I would like to be an admin for the Missouri page as well... http://www.facebook.com/roxic

Can whoever is in charge of the Arkansas page contact me? We desperately need a better lead graphic and I was planning on throwing one together this weekend.

I would definitely admin the Virginia page. I'm about to start volunteering at the headquarters, and start up a Students for Ron Paul group come the fall semester.

Libertybrewciyt, where are you located? I'm in Chesapeake.

I have found his legalization stance and he and Frank's recent bill HR2306 to be very effective message to younger voters who, lets face it, might not have even thought of voting otherwise! Is this wrong of me? I even ordered a 10 pack of the legalize it 2012 campaign bumper stickers to give to people to put on their cars.

I agree that all of the state pages need a new graphic. I'd be willing to do something similar for all of the states if there's an interest. Either way.....they need updated by someone. I can help with Florida's page, if needed.

Is there anyway I can get added as a admin for the Arkansas page?

My brother and I are paying for the Arkansas for Ron Paul meetup page and I need to get these groups working on the same page. As of now I have no way to post a event that the meetup is doing to the "official" facebook page.

We've already had a great booth at a town festival and have coordinated booths with the major gun shows in central Arkansas so this is important stuff.
