Yes. Heroin use and prostitution--as stigma-laden as they may be--are at their core INDIVIDUAL FREEDOMS for taxpaying adult citizens. Newsflash: heroin is NOT the strongest or deadliest opiate. Fentanyl, oxymorphone, hydromorphone and methadone are all more potent than heroin. And all are LEGAL with a prescription. While this may seem like nitpicking, you have to deconstruct stereotypes and stigmatized words before people can begin to grasp the level of media spin involved in comments like these.
