ron on alex jones now

I have a 147 IQ and belong to MENSA

Big deal. But listen....

Paul could be doing 100 satellite interviews with local broadcast affiliate news stations ALL DAY, to be broadcast tonight to millions of people. He's a major presidential contender!

Any local News dork would salivate at the opportunity to interview him right before New Hampshire. He could bust his butt proactively contacting and offering all of these local broadcast affiliates the opportunity to interview him. He could own the 6 o clock news tonight.

What does he do? He goes on FUCKING ALEX JONES. HIs campaign chair and son too. This profiteer has his meat hooks into Paul. Yes, I question parts of the official story of 9-11, but 25/25 people in my family, regular folks, WOULD RECOIL AT ALEX JONES' WEBSITES.

Paul is too obstinate to win.

1) Thats not a good reason, Paul does not need to dish out favors.
2) Not a good reason. In fact its a reason not to go on, there is no one left out of his listeners to convert. Damn I'm sure a lot of his listeners are smart enough to agree with me on this. RP can do something more constructive that wont earn him a bad rep in the mainstream.
3) Not a reason, could release a video on the youtube channel or official campaign website and pretty much all AJ listeners would check it out.
4) So what? He has already been on AJs show many times and there is no need to go on it again.
5) Thats nice... We should give Alex a hug.

1) It's not about "dishing out favors". It's about energizing your base. Every successful politician knows this. You've been elected to what exactly?
2) Same as answer to # 1. It's not about Paul "converting" listeners. It's about him reassuring those of us that already support him that all is not lost! It's about giving people the incentive to go out, pass out DVDs, donate, man phone banks and do all of the other things that "convert voters". I assure you that nobody was converted to Dr. Paul from his interview on Tim Russert.
3) Not me. Youtube is blocked where I have high speed access. The AJ show is not. Others listen by AM radio or shortwave and don't even have computers. Besides this way it was a "conversation" and not a "press release".
4) It's always good to energize your base. How many times to other candidates appear on O'Reilly, Hannity or Limbaugh? They don't rely on "YouTube speeches" as the sole means of contacting their base. Why should Paul?
5) If I run into him I'll be sure and hug him for you. :) But he basically gave Ron Paul a big hug with his interview. It's good after a day like yesterday to have a positive interview. Had Ron Paul gone on Glen Beck today the conversation might have been something like "So Dr. Paul. When are you dropping out of the race?"

Seriously.. Who are you more loyal to. Alex or Ron?

Seriously, who are you more loyal to? Tim Russert or Ron Paul?

Russert's questioning was agressive to all of the prez candidates whom he interviewed.

I've watched Tim Russert question many a presidential candidate and I've NEVER EVER EVER seen him be as rough as he was with Ron Paul! Not even kinda close! Where the hell did the "Do you deny calling Reagan a traitor" question come from? And like I said, if that was my first exposure to Ron Paul it certainly wouldn't have won me over.

Well you shouldn't use your own family as the only gauge for who might like/not like a Ron Paul interview! I'm telling you. Everybody I know would have been totally turned off by watching Paul on Meet The Press including my own wife. On the flipside I've passed out America From Freedom to Fascism (more of that "conspiracy theory stuff") and I've ALWAYS gotten a positive response.

It's not just about "getting on the air". It's about getting on the air with someone that at least somewhat agrees with you, or at least isn't trying their best to tear you down at every opportunity. Don't worry. RP will be on other shows. In fact he was just on Larry King Live.

I don't understand why the Pauls go on AJ's show. What have they to gain from it except a bad rep? Everyone who listens to AJ is already a big RP supporter.... And don't give me this "why should he not go on AJs show there is nothing wrong with it" crap.

Maybe because there are new people waking up everyday to the fact that the Country was high jacked. A lot of people find out about 911 the, get turned on to Paul.
