I'm sorry that I haven't read every page of this thread before posting, but I will tell you what I know about this guy.

He is the mayor pro-tem of Friendswood, TX. A suburb south of Houston.

He was on a local radio show the other night (740 AM).

He mentioned he had said all along that if Dr. Paul runs for president, he was going to oppose him in TX-14.

What irritated me most of all was that he said..."its time you vote for someone who is truly conservative and can get RESULTS in Washington D.C."...

What!?!? Its tough when the vote is 434-1 at times, and you are by yourself, sticking for conservative principles. He seems to indicate he has no idea at all about Dr. Paul's voting record. Absolutely insulting. He is a friend of the establishment Republicans, I gather.

The defendthedistrict site doesn't update as fast as the actual site where people donate. It might confuse people and lower morale to put in a site where the numbers are not going up accurately.

Please direct people to the ronpaulforcongress site as it has the up-to-date donations and as it is the actual place where you donate.

Don't let Ron lose his seat. Who will vote for someone whose own constituents don't vote for?

For those who think this thread should be locked and all because we should be focused on the presidential campaign - if we raise the 400k district money bomb real quick then Ron does not have to worry about the district, and then he can focus completely on the nomination. And no matter what, we need Dr. Paul still dispensing the truth from the floor of the House if not the Oval Office.
