Chris Peden is a Republican trying to unseat Dr. Paul. A few weeks ago in response to a request I heard on RPR, I went to Peden's website and read his platform and credentials. then I wrote a somewhat scathing letter in Support of Dr. Paul.

He believes int the Horrendous "Fair Tax" and is pro war.

After reading his stand on the issues, I was "forced" to respond. :D:D:D

At that time I saw no smear campaign.

Please write and support Dr. Paul. Try The Facts, a newspaper there.

What? Why is this a hard on for you? I'm not donating jack until Ron Paul says he's gonna run for President. Currently, he's just running for Congress. Comprende?

So, let's go back to the idea of sending Ron Paul a money bomb for his congressional seat. If people don't want to join in, there is nothing forcing them to. For the rest of us, he needs money quickly, right. The race is in March. How about a week from today? Give us time to get the word out and let's get him a few million to fight this guy?

Anyone game? I think Saturdays are better than Fridays, so how about 2/16/08 - the Congressional bomb! Make sure you give folks his congressional address to send the money to so there is no confusion. If you maxed out on his Presidential race you can jump in again and donate to him. Is the limit 2300 for a Congressional bid too?

I've been "with you" since the beginning.

I know you're upset. But as far as I can tell.. he has not dropped out.

He's still running for president. I'm still supporting his presidential campaign.

You're the one acting as though he's dropped out. Closed up shop.

He has been running for congress simultaneously... this entire time. This is nothing new. I donated to his congressional campaign a month ago, and again last week.

If you haven't donated we really must (and quickly!) so that Dr. Paul can get his mailers and ads out and on the airwaves to crush this establishment fraud hitman.

I haven't seen any ads from Peden

I live on Galveston Island and I haven't seen/heard anything. I listen to the radio in the evenings and watch some local tv sometimes. But I have seen nothing....I only know about Peden's existence from reading online.

I am headed off the island tomorrow, I hear there is a huge RP billboard on I-45, and I am going to his rally in the district on Sunday.

I shall also be making it my business in the near future to stick my slim jims all over this island

It would make the Revolution look real good if we could drop a BIG money bomb to help RP retain his Congressional seat. And let the world know that we are here to stay! I think even the MSM would eat up the story.

He will be in the Whitehouse!

We need to come up with a 'Ron Paul Republican' to deal with the district during his absence.

Every vote we gain for him in his Congressional seat will be a vote we gain for him for Texas' Presidential vote.

Or are you suggesting that Texans are stupid enough to support someone in their local district, but not support him becoming President?
