Ron is SURGING in South Carolina! [ARG Poll 1/13/12]

i think the ARG poll in NH was misreported which is why Ron was beneath huntsman. i think they actually had ron at 24% but the poll they reported was miswritten. atleast thats what i recall

Well, this means that Mr. Levin is going to be extra cranky tonight.

I happened to flip by his show for a few minutes on my drive from Connecticut to Illinois today.

Didn't even mention Paul, and I was worried that maybe it meant we'd regressed. He listed the numbers for Romney, Gingrich, and Santorum in the PPP and Rasmussen polls, and only the numbers for Gingrich and Romney in the ARG poll. The gist of his discussion was how the media was writing off Newt Gingrich too soon, and that the S.C. primary was still up in the air because Gingrich is only trailing Romney by 5, 7, and 4 points.

Wasn't ARG the poll in that past that we always did the worst with?

At least that's what I recall in NH and IA

Yep.

Unfortunately, Nate Silver doesn't think very highly of ARG, so our chance to win on FiveThirtyEight didn't go up much.

OTOH, Nate is kinda in love with PPP, and they haven't been so stellar so far.

Make of that what you will.

There is something else subliminal. The 'R' hardly looks like an R. The rest of the letters are in all caps and are an annagram of MONEY. What do they say on the web, "teh rodre fo eht tlester oeds tom retmat". ['order of the letters does not matter', read "omney" but think "MONEY!"]

Actually, I believe it is that the order of the letters does not matter, as long as the 1st and last letter is correct.

For example..

Pedersnit Pual wluod cgahne the cusroe of htirsoy.
