Mostly talked about their life when their marriage first started and also told the stories she knew about Ron from when he was a kid.

EDIT: and her friends talked about when they first heard the news that the Pauls were moving to town and how excited they were that they were getting their first OBGYN and how they had a big pot luck at their house with all their new neighbors the first week they got there to welcome them to the community. They also stressed how Ron was such a big man of faith (in God) and how they know that God guides Ron's life and how pro-life he was... etc. etc.
