Romney campaigner defects to Ron Paul

The way some of you react to women in this movement has a negative effect on encouraging more women to come out in the public eye in support for RP.

This, a million times over.

Also want to point out that finding someone attractive =/= sexual harassment, sexist condescending, etc.

I'm sure most of the women here are perfectly fine with compliments...

I saw her on the Luntz focus group too (which was sad to be filled with 1/2 Romney voters, 1/2 Gingrich voters and to bring in Rand to speak to them).

How does one spell Emily O'Neal == Wants her own independent media company? Heck, we need to give her some support! I was searching for her FB

O'Neil

Good OP video. It should be shortened a bit though, and she might want to give the timeframe for when she was a Romney supporter and when she became a Ron Paul supporter.

An alternative, liberty oriented media outlet is a great idea. And she would certainly make a good video personality or broadcaster in such an endeavor... :)

Well, women who are smart enough to vote for Ron Paul are downright sexy. I'm sorry but that's just the way I see it.

hehehe. My sentiments exactly. But when you get a really beautiful woman who also supports Ron Paul it just seems to enhance her beauty

Gawd, can we stop making every news item that has anything to do with any decent looking woman all about her appearance?

This is starting to get embarrassing, frankly.

This story is about a Romney volunteer coming over to the side of liberty, not about oogling people. Keep it to yourself.

A good exercise: Would you still trust the candidates when they were made up like women and wearing wigs? In Paul's case,I think the answer is 'yes'.

Mission: Convert the Mittheads

Hey everyone, that's me in the videos. I was an intern for YAL, was Amash's press secretary for a bit, and now I'm working on some liberty projects before I leave for military training. My website is www.golibertygirl.com. I have my political liberation story posted on the site.

Any ideas for how I can reach more people with the site? I think we all know that this election is really about our guy v. Romney. I've made it my personal mission to encourage other people to make the switch too.

If any of you want to know more about the Luntz panel, I'd be more than happy to talk about that experience as well. Thanks for your support guys! See you all at Porcfest/a Ron Paul event/future gun show!

Welcome aboard! I love your website. One of my acquaintances in law school campaigned for Romney in 2008. Not a close acquaintance. Now I wish he was so I could forward him your website. ;)

Haha nice. See, see, all them buttheads here that said hot women aren't drawn to Ron? YOU=PWNED!!

So yea, i am interested to hear about good ole Frank, how did that panel go and what was it like before it started? Was there any manipulation or FoX antics behind the scene to spin things their way? Did they tell you that you couldn't say certain words or phrases that are deemed 'threatening' to the establishment? How was Frank btw? Is he cool and chill off camera? I used to not like him much, but ill say lately he has become, how do i say it....a lil more 'trustworthy' :D

Considering 90% of Ron Paul supporters are men aged 14-45, of course RPFers give the reaction they do when it comes to women. But I seriously doubt girls aren't at least flattered when a guy says they're cute. A lot of women live for attention anyway.

How were you able to get into Frank Luntz's focus group?? Luck or 007?

So is Mitt Romney going to pull a Michelle Bachmann and accuse us of paying her off? ;) Seriously though, hats off to the Ron Paul supporters who won her over.

She was a Romney volunteer years ago. She is a good person and pro-liberty but some of the comments are acting like she just converted to liberty.

Welcome. It says you've been a registered member since October of last year. Have you been lurking the forums for some time?

Very attractive lady. :)

You might want to talk to Josh about adding a link or banner to this site. Another good place that gets alot of hits is at The Daily Paul.

I was trying not to comment on all the "looks" stuff. But I do have to say that picture is jaw dropping. Stunning.

Ok, back to political discourse.

The Romney volunteer time was back when I was in college, during the 2008 primary season. I was drinking the Mitt Kool-aid for MONTHS. I was even a part of the Students for Mitt group at my school, so it took quite the political epiphany to tear me away.

A large part of my political awakening was the result of a class I took a class with a professor who was considered a left-wing radical. We read Chomsky and watched documentaries like the 'Secret Government'. I was so defensive of the establishment that I wanted to dismiss the professor's class material as propaganda, even though I couldn't argue with the facts he was presenting. It was really my first honest lesson on foreign policy and corporatism.

Anyway, my Ron Paul friends just happened to talk to me at the right time. I had to put the pieces together, that you could have conservative AND 'liberal' views -- although now I classify most policies as 'statist' or 'libertarian/conservative'. Unfortunately, because of my job, I can't disclose all the reasons for my switch. Let's just say I'm part of RP's largest donor base. :-)
