Robert Fanning has announced he is running for Governor of Montana, with Chuck Baldwin as his Lt. Gov. running mate. What a great pair they make for Liberty in Montana.

Please excuse my ignorance, but I cannot find a party affiliation attached to any of these announcements, nor are they listed as candidates at the Constitution or Libertarian parties sites. I am hoping to fill a vacancy at the county precinct and will have to register Republican for the primary. I'd really love to help light a fire under this campaign as well.

I'm up on the hiline in a sparsley populated county and would love to network, volunteer, etc.

Much hard work and effort ahead, but I'm beginning to think the whole "2012, end/dawn of the era" business may indeed turn out to be just that. Exciting.
