The Oak Ridge Boys are still around? I remember them playing the National Boy Scout Jamboree back in the early '80's. :p

Convention Permanent Chairman Speaker John Boehner, Presiding

How is there already a "Permanent Chairman" when the convention has not even convened, and not votes have been made to elect the chair?

Looks like Rand is gonna be smack dab in prime time! This is what we wanted!

I couldn't help but think the same thing. It looks like he has perhaps the most prime position (at least for that day). Will Christie and Rubio speak moments before Mittens receives his crown?

Significant that Rand is scheduled this way, but I would prefer to have all of out fairly elected delegates fairly seated.

Wow, that list is like a "who's who" of Freedom haters... Sununu in charge of the rules huh? I feel sick.

The creepy dudes seem to have a tendency to pack together:

They're going to do this all on Monday? What are going to do for the other three days?

Basically, have a bunch of neocon speakers come in and brainwash/re-brainwash all the delegates so they don't get any crazy ideas about voting their conscience. Plant seeds in the minds of attendees and groom some of the neocon speakers to run for presidential office in the future. That sort of stuff.

Roll Call on Monday:

http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs...gates-will-vote-to-nominate-romney-on-monday/

He may be lying here:
Convention spokesman Kyle Downey said the states will vote in alphabetical order, as opposed to the occasional approach of trying to rig the process so a specific state — for example, Mitt Romney’s home state of Massachusetts — puts him over the threshold he needs to secure the nomination.

Interestingly, Maine comes before Maryland and then-> Massachusetts

Biden will show up to speak for the GOP - I read some where he will be in Tampa during the RNC.

I prefer Ron Raul winning the GOP nomination.

Wasn't Sununu a Romney campaign advisor or chairman or something? In which case, how in THE FUCK is he involved with the convention? That's what I'd call a mothafuckin conflict of interest, mothafucka.
