Riverside cops befriend special needs students, then trick them into buying pot

Honestly I don't know what I would do if I saw this guy walking down the street. I've never provoked anybody into a fight before, but you know what they say..

Yeah.

And we probably never would have heard about it if the one family didn't have enough money to take it to court.

A kid spent a year in prison because he had special needs and a cop bullied him into buying drugs. There really isn't much lower than that, and I can honestly say that if the "cop/narc" was my kid--I'd disown the shithead.

At least is not like that kid who bought drugs for an undercover cop who asked for them because he was in love with her.

Did that happen? Ugh. Link?
Yeah.

"Disown" would be the least I'd do to him...

You're probably right.

One day she asked Justin if he smoked pot. Even though he didn't smoke marijuana, the love-struck teen promised to help find some for her. Every couple of days she would text him asking if he had the marijuana. Finally, Justin was able to get it to her. She tried to give him $25 for the marijuana and he said he didn't want the money -- he got it for her as a present.

But of course -how could there be any doubt about the state implementing this?

Thank you Police Chief f*ck-o for serving mankind and protecting the weak against oppression and intimidation -it's all real Action T4 of you.

Absolutely disgusting. Don't cops have better shit to do than use undercover cops to entrapped high school students into buying a plant for them that isn't even a criminal offense in California? I wonder if that cop is proud of himself? It seems like this so called officer of the law purposely went after special needs kids because they were the most vulnerable.

Everytime I think I couldn't get more disgusted they go and outdo themselves. bravo deputy dan. bravo.

Outta ammo.

Somebody cover me, please.

If someone took my money and gave me a glass of arsenic and said that's what my money bought, I wouldn't drink it even if I had paid for it.
My wife and I didn't drop everything, we sacrificed a lot, and I can also guarantee a good parent cares more for the child's education than the whole school system combined and can do a better job with a little work. It says the child has PTSD from this incident. If I had an autistic child treated in such a manner, there is no way I'd send him back. Just my opinion. Yours is probably different.

This is pretty shitty, the cops should have some sort of rule against targeting individuals who aren't all there. No way this cop didn't know this kid was special ed.

Do we just completely disregard the laws against entrapment nowadays, or what?

I actually live like 15 minutes from this area, and have worked right down the street from Chaparral High School. Played against the school in high school sports.

I'm not sure if I should post how I actually feel about this. Literally. Because I could probably get thrown in a rape cage if I do.
