I tried listening to it, but it was way too long and "churchy" for me. I'll have to take your word for it, but that just doesn't sound like his typical language. I don't think I ever heard him say that God would punish an entire society for the sins of a portion, or that God would be involved in the governing affairs of man. The end of the United States is just the end of a government. Why would God "will" it in the first place? I doubt God willed its current form, so it formed in spite of God's will? It just seems too complicated of a subject to be so direct about, and Ron Paul usually discusses complicated topics with a level of tactfulness.

This is the only time I've ever heard him even remotely touch upon the topic, so it comes as no surprise to me at your shock, to be honest.

Well, it's against the law here in Germany, but most people still ignore it when no traffic is around. No government is telling me when to cross the street!

My experience was years back. It was strange for me to see people standing around when there was no traffic. Then, boy did I get some looks simply by crossing a street on the 'red man.' It's good to hear that it's not universal!

...and, no, I don't find it strange that a building next to the WTC could have thousands of tons of debris fall on it , and it would suffer some structural damage. I don't find it strange it at all... nor did the firemen who evacuated the area before the collapse because all the creaking and moaning the building was making.

And yet.....it didn't fall (WTC 5) but a building much further away that according to the NIST report did NOT have any significant structural damage did. Go figure.

We should just gray ourselves up and wear gender-concealing head-to-toe uniforms and not smile or frown, just have a little line for a mouth all the time. Eye color is a problem, too; we should have uniformly-colored eyes (black would probably be the most advantageous, to match our pupils and not accidentally show any iris that might distinguish one of us from another). We might also consider getting rid of hair altogether. Maybe the uniforms could have like a hood that covers our heads.

By the way, my fiancee is bisexual and Christian, we are open to multiple partners when it comes to sex, and we probably have a healthier and happier relationship than many traditional Christian relationships so far. We know our relationship works for us and may not work for other people, that's why we don't force our lifestyle on other couples.

It would be wise for the homophobic to understand this as well.

Unfortunately what is considered to be inappropriate in public company is acceptable on TV or on a billboard.

Well, I mean in real life its innappropriate to roundhouse kick someone a la chuck norris or hide in the bushes with an AK, start sprayin and yell out "WOLVERINES". The problem isnt whats on TV/youtube/websites/in the music, etc. The problem is that the rap albums, reality shows, movies, etc are raising the kids instead of parents, extneded families, churches, etc. The moral decay,at least in my opinion, is more a result of the breakdown of families and communities(for instance, in many large cities and suburbs, you dont even know your neighbor's name) that the content of popular culture.
