And footage has just dropped of someone with that build walking in a different part of the neighborhood at the same time. This one was driving a gray Challenger and wearing a red shirt and shorts the whole time.

Yeah, that version of that pic was sharpened up somehow. Somebody will undoubtedly credit AI, but it can be done in Photoshop. So those who want to deny it will. But I don't think it's him either.
