Graham said on CNN’s “State of the Union” Sunday morning that he probably won’t join the likes of Rand Paul and Ted Cruz in a filibuster of new gun control legislation.

Not cool, this makes it that much more likely the filibuster will be defeated. As well as Graham we have to worry about potentially all 55 Dems, and Collins, Kirk, Portman, Murkowski, McCain, and Coats, and possibly others.

If filibuster is defeated, it only takes 51 votes for final passage of any legislation. And the Democrats have more than 51 senators on their side...so it would likely pass.

True. But Harry Reid has got a certain hold of them. I hope GOP Senators stand together so we can see which red state senators will surrender to Harry Reid.

This is good. Right now every grassroots conservative is pissed at Graham after the filibuster. It's just as well that this deepens the ditch for him. But Graham has a war chest bulging at the seams by all the defense contractor money which pours in. It will be tough to beat him, but we should certainly try.
