I didn't rate them but I will say that this time around seems to be much more focused than his 2008 bid. There is definitely room for improvement as many have pointed out in previous posts.
1: Ron's campaign staff needs to push social media much harder than they have been. social networking is where it's at and whether someone is physically in front of their computer or plugging away on their iphone or android device, they have access to facebook and twitter. I'm working with a programmer buddy of mine to write a script for twitter that automatically sends tweets at specific intervals that we set up.
2: The campaign site still needs some work.
2a: The white outer background runs together with the white center of the site so it appears as if there's a lot of empty space on the site which is never a good thing on a website. A simple main background color change can fix this up and it's not hard to do. The navigation bar hover color can make the text hard to read especially when you hover over a button that has a drop down menu like you see with "the issues" button. All this can be fixed up with a simple color code change that takes 2 minutes. I'd also suggest adding a hover feature for when someone is hovering over the different buttons on the drop down menu.
2b: Something that is absolutely critical is to have literature that we can print out from the campaign site to distribute. Yes, I understand there's literature in the store, but people would prefer to have something printable - and free - at their fingertips.
2c: The "choose your state" map on the home page is pretty useless, as best as I can tell. It's better for something to not be there than to have something there which serves no purpose. I think the map could be beneficial if it were actually linked to something of value. For example, since I live in PA, and there's a Ron Paul PA page (ronpaulpa.com - yes, it needs work), then the map should at least list that site under the state of Pennsylvania. Also, I'm not sure if this would be tacky or not, but maybe collect a list of Ron Paul meetups for each state and list those meetups under their appropriate states. If we have people who aren't sure about Ron and want to learn more and actually interact with someone, a local meetup is a good way to accomplish this.
