“On behalf of Patriot Voices, I am proud to endorse Nancy Cassis’ write-in campaign for the Republican nomination in the 11th Congressional District of Michigan. Nancy is a strong, full-spectrum conservative who will be a great voice for the people of Michigan in Congress. A write-in campaign may be more difficult, but the nomination and election of a strong conservative like Nancy Cassis is well-worth the effort. Santorum announced the endorsement on his group's Facebook page and this was the first comment:

I agree with you on a lot of issues but not this one. Cassis is part of that old school GOP that we're trying to get out of DC. Kerry Bentovolio, is the type of leader we need in DC. He's been slammed with made up attacks by Cassis and her army of the Oakland County GOP. She doesn't have a chance!!

Apparently Cassis is leading Bentivolio in the polls. I really hope we don't screw this up and let a write-in beat the only candidate on the ballot.

His "personal" Facebook page is rather amusing. People who genuinely like Rick are confused because he's picking the establishment's choices over the fiscal conservatives.

And in the comments of his Hoekstra endorsement someone wrote, "I'm not voting for Hoekstra. I vote pro-life!"
 
I was hoping that he changed since he endorsed Ted Cruz...I guess his pandering to conservatives is over.

I doubt he'd vote for anyone that is openly pro-Paul and adhered strictly to foreign non-interventionism. That said, most Santorum supporters are either back in the R-money camp and know nothing about Rick's endorsement here or are back to their Tea Parties and leaning towards us whilst wondering what in the hell Rick is thinking here.
