RFK Jr. says Trump asked him to reorganize health agencies

Would almost be like making Ron Paul the head of the Federal Reserve, the Treasury or IRS.

"Urge immediate abolition as earnestly as we may, it will, alas! be gradual abolition in the end. We have never said that slavery would be overthrown by a single blow; that it ought to be, we shall always contend." -- William Lloyd Garrison

When it was done in a single blow it was a disaster for the very slaves it was supposed to benefit, not to mention the countless men killed on both sides who never owned a slave.

Oh boy, a reorganization.

Maybe they'll also reorganize the fed!

Reorganize our overseas military presence!

Reorganize DHS!

Wooo!

But it wasn't done "in a single blow". (That was Garrison's point.)

It was done gradually ... and then suddenly.

Abolitionism was a many-decades-old movement when slavery was finally abolished.

(They even managed to do it 30 years earlier in Britain without "countless men killed on both sides".)

Obviously the correct choice was to continue slavery to avoid inconveniencing anyone.

I had this dream last night about someone I know that was providing a cot and a hot plus $20 to people to work for him. At first I thought it was ludicrous. In reality, many people don't have $20 after basic expenses. Basically we are all slaves and the rewards for being a good slave are vanishing.

For the good of all involved it should have been phased out.
Children of slaves should have been declared to be born free.
Then some percentage of slaves should have been freed each year with compensation to the owners.
Both the freed slaves and the Southern economy would be able to adjust without all the chaos, crime, death, and destruction.

RFK jr had some health care position in Trumps first Presidency, didn’t amount to much.

Paint me as super interested to see what he can do here.

Yes, of course, clearly as you're designing your plan to extend slavery, it's the owners who need to be compensated.

Yes, unless you want to destroy the economy, country, and many of the slaves the way it was done.

Yes he did b I t c h

He's one of those toys that you wind up and it says the same thing over and over again. You can read to it, show it facts, do whatever you want, but when you wind it up again it just says the same thing again :tears:

Regardless of the naysayers, I support RFK's mission. Getting rid of the government intervention in our lives isn't realistic. Reducing the corruption might be realistic and I look forward to his attempts.
