Highlights:

With de-dollarization, lowered oil production, Iraq now a proxy state of Iran, the entire US strategy in the Middle East has disintegrated. RFK suggested we need to do something FAST and committed to “close 800 US overseas bases and bring American troops home immediately in order to make the US an exemplary democracy again” as the Democratic party has lost its identity.

Kennedy pointed to Trump’s appointment of Dr. Scott Gottlieb, a well known physician with ties to the pharmaceutical industry as an FDA Commissioner in March, 2017 to eliminate some of the agency’s “regulatory burdens”. Two years later, on June 27, 2019, Gottlieb was elected to Pfizer’s Board of Directors to serve on its Regulatory and Compliance Committee. According to US Federal Election Commission documents (page 163), Pfizer, Inc. donated $1 million to Trump’s Presidential Inauguration Committee on December 22, 2016 and received four tickets to the Leadership Luncheon with Cabinet appointees and House and Senate Leadership.

So, he's looking to follow in his father's footsteps? Does anyone believe this would be allowed to happen?

Who is running this campaign ? How do they expect to get a single vote from an actual practising dem ?

Lol, I thought that might come back to bite me. Well, JFK Jr. is saying a lot of things that resonate with me,I may have look into his past. Just the fact he's a democrat is hard to get past.

Maybe he is an old fashioned democrat. I understand they were not like what we have now.

The old "electability" trope.

So Republicans don't like a sensible foreign policy and democrats don't like it either? Or is it just the party elites?

He started day one at 14% registered Dems, then hit 20% last week.

And that's what they allow us to think.

The last time I remember a Kennedy challenging an unpopular incumbent president was when Ted Kennedy challenged Jimmy Carter back in 1979. Jimmy Carter ended up losing to Ronald Reagan in the general. May history repeat itself.

I have a hard time believing he has any voters that voted for Gore , Kerry , H Clinton , Obama, Biden so he must be stealing the 1.18 percent libertarian vote and the .26 percent green vote with the .51 other vote . Thats a grand total of less than 2 percent so we'll see , I'll believe it when I see it. There is hardly anything is this world more predictable than a dem voter. There are no anti Vax and anti war dems .

They don't like Biden and he has the Kennedy name. Good enough for them?
