Can this replace my stickied "Grassroots Schedule" thread? I'm looking at it as Version Two and as much more helpful to the rEVOLution. I already editted the thread and have all of this in it . . . But I like the title better. :D Thread starts...Now.

Alright, this is very important. While the amount of small grassroots projects have tapered off, with well over 80% accomplished (which is good considering the over one hundred we had) and passion still capable of inspiring people to help Paul and his message, larger projects have entered the scenes. Among them are projects that are, without a doubt, going to be recognized as innovative ideas for the Ron Paul rEVOLution. So . . . . I'll just get on with it.


EVENTS, RALLIES, PROJECTS, AND FUNDRAISERS:
  • Ron Paul Meet-Up Challenge
    - Summary: With a collection of all Meet-Up data, I'm confident in saying that this is the highest quality grassroots-created website to date. It's basically a competition in which states compete to get the most pledges for Paul. Then, on whatever date is specified by those running the website, they will donate. There are a little over 100,000 meet-up members for Paul and, if each person donates 230, that's the $23 million goal we were given for quarter one. AND, luckily, we already got $6 million, meaning a $170 donation from each person would propel us through the $23 million mark.

  • Basic Media Inc.
    - Summary: We hate the media, right? Well, from those behind the first major money bombs and the blimp, they're now preparing to launch their own TV station in which honesty is, once again, at the forefront of the news and information offered to the public. This will definitely be an interesting project to keep your eye on. Right now, I suggest you check out the forum post and read more about it on the project's site.

  • Ron Paul Racing
    - Summary: Well, they got themselves two race car drivers that'd be glad to support Ron Paul as long as the donations are met. The topic of those endorsing him started HERE and linked to this blog from the project's website HERE. Currently, they're asking for donations to reach a total of $100,000 to secure the deal.

    - Summary: In order for the rEVOLution to continue, we need supporters to attain slots all over the country, school boards, local office, and, most importantly, into the United States Congress. Two nominees have already been endorsed by Dr. Paul himself and all others are determined to spread the word of liberty. A money bomb has been organized for Valentine's Day, February 14.

Joining your local Republican Parties.

I went last night to my County Party meeting for the first time, introduced myself and told them I had been canvassing my precinct for Ron Paul. Most of the long-time Republican's there had very little idea who Ron Paul was and what he stood for.

Just talked to a lady tonight who called me and said she had been looking at him on the internet and really liked what she saw. I will be taking here some slim jims and signs next week for her to start giving to her friends.

Here in Mississippi most Republicans are not going to be happy at all with a McCain nomination. We do not like illegal immigration and we hold tight to our guns. This is fertile Ron Paul territory, I just wish I could get some of my bleeping meetup folks to return emails I send asking for help to spread the message :mad:
 
It has only just begun. The fight for freedom is what we signed on for. The war is never ending. We need to somehow influence the existing delegates. There are some who are doing this. I am running for congress 5 th Dist) and lobbying those delegates currently in the attempt to get Paul supporting Delegates at Large considered. There are things to do. Any ideas? We need feet on the street. Try to energize and find something to do. You guys did a great job! Don't get down too much about it.

The whole Ron Paul Phenomenon, guided us through a corrupt process. We hit a wall. But, we have made a thorough mockery of the LAGOP. It is dripping with corruption as evidenced by the multitude nefarious dealings we saw them engage in. Because, only we have that perspective, we are now the vanguard. We have gained a certain wisdom others have not had the opportunity to develop. It is time to count the cost. We are entering uncharted waters with no land in sight. If we continue, we must ask. Will we make it to the beautiful shore of freedom for our friends and family? Do we have the choice to back out? The answer is yes. But we cannot have both.

We now have momentum we have never had before. Our evil opponent's biggest weapon against us is called, "Divide and Conquer". This ancient tactic of war is found in Tsun Tzu's "The Art of War"(This is required West Point reading). For the first time since the Renaissance we can clearly see what the enemy is doing against us. We simply must persevere. We must duplicate ourselves in our friends and family. It boils down to the conveyance of information. We are at an unprecedented time in history and we are currently winning. We are writing our epithets now. I wonder what will be said at our passing? Will they say,"They really had an opportunity to free us and they blew it!"? Or will we persevere in this fight as Ron Paul, wants us to? We can never loose until we quit fighting.
