All this guy is doing is taking "national sovereignty" to its logical conclusion. If some group of individuals may legitimately rule over a given geographical region by force, then it is perfectly legitimate for that group, or a different one, to rule over the entire world. Statism -> centralization. As long as people believe in the State, a one world superstate will be inevitable.
