Despite their antithetical day jobs as a plumber and a Congressman, Super Mario and Ron Paul have more in common than you may think...

Both have a penchant for gold coins, a mission to liberate their kingdoms from tyrannical leadership and an uncanny ability to energize the youth.

And now both characters are set to be entwined in a brand new video game, Ron Paul: The Road to REVOLution. But while Super Mario took on enemies like shell-tossing turtles, teeth-baring plants and giant lizards, Paul will be taking on formidable foes like the Federal Reserve, Keynesians and Neocons.

In Ron Paul: The Road to REVOLution, the player takes control of Dr. Paul as he makes his way across all 50 states, collecting delegates and gold coins (sound money) on his way to rescue the Constitution.

Yea, I thought the guy got more than what he was saying was required money-wise to start it up and get the game fully running? And it's just a demo version still?

Edit: I'm running Safari and the game is really buggy. I had to reload my browser the first time, and the second time I could play, but, my character (Ron) would disappear and I couldn't move anywhere.
