The only solution is to ignore the alien tyrants who now comprise the Fedgod. It's already happening across the board, and increasingly so. There is no one-size-fits-all solution for AI regulations. The States, not the Federales, have the constitutional authority to regulate Internet and AI commerce just like all other intra-state commerce. Wires transmit signals but signals are not transportation, so Internet data does not comprise commercial goods crossing a State border, and Congress has no authority to regulate it except at the national border. Same for AI.
