First, I see nothing about the RLC at that link.

The RLC posted it on Facebook as a warning and a call to action.

This was mandated a bunch of years ago and they keep issuing extensions because it's not economically feasible, and because a lot of people consider it "the mark of the beast", either literally or figuratively.

The law passed in 2005... it's already a law. But because it's an unfunded mandate, most states are not complying. I suppose over time, we might see gradual implementation, even if it is not by this date. We DO need to be fighting back against it.

Only good thing is, with our country going broke, perhaps it won't get funding. Cutting funding is a great way to slow/stop legislation that you don't have the numbers to repeal outright...
