LOL -- I am sure it has more to do with not giving the RomBot an accurate delegates count or a targeting list. I took NOFORN in this context as keeping it out of the hands of foreign campaigns like Romney Grinch and Santorum rather than foreign countries.

A Marine, and Iraq vet, spoke on behalf of Ron Paul at my caucus. He got WILD applause probably seven or eight times in the time he spoke.

Even now, hours later, I'm about to tear up at how utterly awesome he was.
