SO. I wonder how many fake Romney supporters They will have to concoct for Romney to have a "sweeping victory"?

IT FELT GREATTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT VOTING FOR RON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TOTALLY AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you know the day is slow then get more people to the polls for higher chance to win

CD2 ED25 was looking good at 2PM when I went. Worst case scenario (then) was 30%. Here's to hoping we get our people out there in force!

+REP. Excellent job sir. I hope to be joining you in Tampa

If I was to guess, I would think that Nassau and Suffolk would be Romney turf. If turnout is low there, that's good. Upstate would be less Romney than "suburbs" (like long island) would be.

you have to vote at your polling place which are all over the district, very very very difficult to pick up friends and drive them to their voting places..... i have been working with the long island grassroots so im hoping we can win !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! reminded everyone i know friends and family as well as all my fb friends and twitter friends!!!! have over 700 friends on fb!!

^^^This... Everyone double your efforts. start contacting everyone you know even those who you know will go vote because you need to make sure they won't go lazy, your efforts now can make all the difference. don't let the memento "Ron Paul people always show up" fool you. we already what has happened in states we were expecting to win but no one showed up. get the vote out. if you're seeing only few people voting that also means our folks aren't voting either. everyone contact everyone you know!!!!

Yeah, yeah, keep telling yourself that to ignore the obvious vote flipping.... *ducking*

Please make pictures of the poll tapes when the count is over. It may be a report coming out of the individual machines, it could be done manually.

Some precincts will post those tapes on the door window.

It is extremely important that we get as many poll tape results for each precinct, particularly the large ones > 250 votes.

PM me the results or post in the results threads.

Thanks

I voted before work this morning - was DEAD inside the place. The robo-call I got at lunch made me happy - the campaign is at least working on GOTV.

Seeing tweets like this: "‏I was going to go with my heart and vote for Ron Paul, but I thought it better to show a unified party. Romney/ Rubio in '12." make me go "WHAT THE ?!" I'm EXTREMELY cautiously optimistic. NY is Romneyville with all the banking establishment. Western NY - not as much but down in the city… although there are pockets of RP support.

so…
GET MORE PEOPLE TO THE POLLS!!! I've been bugging everyone I know, haha.

Slow days usually concern me since we have historically had bad showings. It makes no sense since we should be the ones dominating slow election days.

I just voted and brought my dad along wow the place was DEAD empty i live in long island lindenhurst Ny i only saw like 16 names on the list the sign in list super slow..... they had the computer ballot machine thing felt good voting for ron paul :d

Sorry but I have to report some bad news.
One individual I had personally gotten the forms for and also personally mailed that signed up as Republicans (before the deadline of course) are currently not listed as Republicans and therefore are unable to vote. I just got a call from one now, the good folks at the polling place are on the phone trying to sort this out. He promised to call me back and let me know the deal.
EDIT:
Just got off the phone/w him. Apparently he will not be voting. He said the poll worker who called the HQ told him that while the paperwork was mailed in time, they had not processed it - and that they could not process it 30 days before an election... so, sorry. He also suggested he fill out an affidavit but in the same breath said it wasnt going to do anything. DAMN IT.
/EDIT

Also - according to https://voterlookup.elections.state.ny.us another individual I personally mailed the Republican voter registration forms for is not even listed as a voter at all. He is off to the polls anyway, Im sure he'll let me know how it went.

So crap, I lost 2 of my voters so far. Theres another one that may have a problem too, but hes in Brooklyn and I havent heard anything from him yet.

On the bright side, two others I converted to R's voted for Paul successfully today... [edit] as well as myself, obviously.

yes, vote flipping. there will be a lot of vote flipping in Scarsdale. The most vote flipping is in rich areas. There are McDonalds everywhere. Therefore, everyone votes the same. Except eskimos. Because eskimos don't eat McDonalds. Therefore, vote flipping and fraud.

I am in suffolk, i am about to go vote for Ron. I have never done this. What time does it close and what do I do?

that is a troll. NO ONE who has Ron Paul in their hearts would be pulling for Romney/Rubio. Even if they were willing to hold their nose in the general for Romney, it wouldn't happen in the primary (although they might just not vote) and they would consider Rubio a negative. Or am I wrong? Is there a single Ron Paul supporter here who likes Rubio?
