That's the story here. That's how we talk up Ron Paul's performance in a positive way: how many votes he got. Not the order he finished in, because it doesn't matter because him, McCain and Thompson were so close that none of them have a clear 3rd place advantage or victory. What matters is that we (will have) received over 9,000 votes.

Also, we beat Giuliani.

Also, here's some good news: McCain's so called "surge" flopped. This will hobble him in NH where his biggest threat is us and our biggest threat is him. To put it another way: he won't have any momentum to take with him into New Hampshire.

Now, Huckabee won't win New Hampshire. He doesn't have the same kind of support there that he has in Iowa. So who will win in NH? Romney who just got embarrassed by Huckabee in Iowa? McCain who has been hobbled and will go in with no momentum? Giuliani who has no chance and has basically shut down his operation there? Thompson or Hunter (haha!)?

Nope. Us. We're the ball game in NH.

So onward to NH we march, our heads held high.

And we got 29% of independents, more than anyone.
and 54% angry with Bush, more than nayone (lol)

9,000 votes in an evangelical, farm subsidied, elderly-dominated state is a VERY big deal!

Keep the message at heart and push for NH where we know he will do good.

Iowa is the xtian state anway. Ignore the bad parts and keep on with the REVOLUTION!

I'm not going to give up on Ron Paul, but only 9000 votes in a state after all the effort we put into it is rather disappointing.

How can Ron Paul be the #1 Republican candidate by Internet ratings, straw polls, and fundraising levels yet come out 5th in the elections?

It's Iowa.
