THE RON PAUL 2008 WEBSITE WIDGET IS THE CAMPAIGNS OFFICIAL TALLY. THE ONE WEEK SUM IS AT 5.8 MILLION WHICH IS THE OFFICIAL COUNT BY THE CAMPAIGN SO FAR TODAY[/QUOTE]
Uh... yeah, if we want to feel good maybe we only believe "today's online donations" or whatever... but the MSM (as we know) don't check facts. They believe Hillary has the record at 6.2 (even though she really doesn't), and will take whatever the campaign gives them as the total (even if *some* people believe it is a little off, or not *pure* because it includes offline donations, which I don't see a problem with).
Yep, we beat Kerry's total, and using the same standard as Hillary, beat Hillary's total too. Actually, I think we did better then Hillary, hers were just pledges, not collected.
You are the one spreading false, misleading and possibly hurtful information.

The only thing I am "spreading" is the number that I saw with my own eyes at exactly midnight on the official widget. Ok?!
Having said that, this was all discussed BEFORE the 6.04mil announcement that the official site has made.
So it would appear that there was a 400K discrepancy there (based on numbers at midnight sunday subtracted from midnight monday),
that never seemed to be explained by HQ.
