WTF does Albert Howard have to do with the RP campaign? How the hell are we associated with him apart from him getting all the Repub votes recounted? this impacts on every other repub candidate as well, even mccain and Gooliani! (espesciallay Mccain)

NEVER count on an establishment type to start an investigation into election fraud. Albert Howard said on C-SPAN that if George Washington or Abraham Lincoln were alive today, they would say 9/11 was an inside job. Could they use that to hurt Dr. Paul? Yes, but I just can't see the media propping this guy up to talk about that (did you know Jesse Ventura is a truther?), and I can't stand moving onto another state without addressing this and at least investigating. When we are proven "wrong" we will just need to figure out how we can be proven right next time. This may take a few times before we catch them.

WHY SHOULD RP ask for a recount?? It isn't going to make him WIN, for gosh sakes..it is one little state, and does not deseve HIS attention nor money. ALso, we are NOT "associated" with Albert. The beauty IS if he asks for a recount they have to count RP votes and any descrepancies will show. Either way, RP is not involved and it is good. Even if it shows we missed 1000 votes the money would not be well spent. You all are not thinking.

It may not help him win the state, but it may help him place 3rd or 4th and gain him more delegates which he will need down the stretch. Why is that too hard for people to understand?

LOL. I love how people GO DIGGING FOR DIRT, for reasons to be negative, and say things like 'WAIT TIL THE MSM HAS THIS!' Naturally opting out of mentioning that they're emailing Wolf Blitzer. Dear KingTheoden, what part of Diebold will wipe out Paul anyway do you have a hard time of understanding unless we deal with them?

Election fraud is going to defeat Paul whether you like it or not, you can bury your head all you want and hope it just goes away, but the people that think realistacally know that this is the issue that must be dealt with first and foremost. Nothing else will matter if Diebold CEO's are allowed to continue in thier election fraud.

To clarify, 'goofy ranting' was referring to what you found, not to your post. I have a ton of respect for anyone who wholeheartedly supports Ron Paul. I agree that the media is a huge bullshit machine, feeding off of its own refuse and spewing it back out. The thing is, I don't think some of these things would even become a media talking (smearing, more accurately) point if it didn't make it online in text form.

There are many things stacked against us, I just think this is a very minor point that they can't even really sensationalize, and if they could, it's not our problem.

Berri, I think there is a miscommunication. From the beginning, I have been the loudest supporter of a recount because there was open fraud. The reason I am furious is that the Ron Paul HQ has decided against one.

Mr. Howard, even if he is sane and means well, cannot supervise nor fund an entire state recount. This is a big undertaking that will have to include PIs and all sorts of watchers. Only the RP campaign had the resources to do this.

Instead, HQ is preparing to blow our money on an asinine late state strategy. This is why I am pissed.

Get your head screwed on straight. This is NOT about Ron Paul. It's about honest elections, PERIOD. Vote fraud is going on all over the country, and this MUST be addressed in every single freaking election until we have paper ballots, hand counted, in public, and a secure chain of custody of ballots.

Albert Howard, apparently, ran for office on the NH ballot, as did Dennis Kucinich. Anybody who is on the ballot can demand a recount.

Vote fraud affects ALL results, not just one candidate. It also robs us of our freedom.

this way Paul can call a recount in a more important state, like florida.

its like a free 'get out of fraud' card - ace in the hole to save up.

Supervising a recount of over one hundred thousand ballots takes a lot more than the Granny team. We need people at each counting area to literally count along with the voting officials. Just as important, we need to establish the chain of custody for ALL of the votes from the 200 odd towns in New Hampshire.

I stand by my statement that he is a complete oddball. With eight kids, what the heck is he doing blowing money on a New Hampshire primary run? Even if this Howard guy is well meaning, he cannot begin to supervise this thing. Neither can the Granny Warrior women and her monkey.

Look, I'm trying to keep the campaign from going down in flames by failing to challenge fraud when it is out in the open. The HQ has been nothing but an effing thorn in our efforts from the start. Piss poor commercials, no refined message, attempts to cancel the Philly rally, emails that told people not to do a money bomb, little campaigning in NH and MI, etc etc.

If this late state strategy is actually in the works, we are screwed. We all said Giuliani was a dummy for pursuing it, but now if is okay because it is our side using such a tactic?

We can either stare at our belly buttons when our votes are stolen and HQ prepares to blow through the $20 million we raised, or we can take control of this campaign.
